I have a vcd i want 2 edit but i need help.
How do i make the picture sharper and clearer,and also how do i edit the audio so that the less of a hiss and so its no so high pitched.
I have TMPGEnc,Virtualdub and cool edit 2000 1.1.

Cool edit has excellent audio filters you can apply and you can even select a sample of the hiss and cool edit uses that sample to remove all of that type of noise out of the whole file. So audio should be not too hard to fix. If you can get a program like video factory2 from sonic foundry, then you can apply a range of video filters including sharpening.
