  1. I need some help please!!!!

I have a video headrest that states its resolution is 800x480 16:9
This unit plays avi files as long as they are encoded with divx/xvid and mp3 audio.
I have an avi file that is 720x432 that plays full screen (takes up the whole screen and looks nice)
I have another avi that is 720x480 that plays but it doesnt play in fullscreen mode (letterbox)

So my question is, do I need to convert all of my 720x480's to 720x432 so I can fullscreen?
And if so, what should I use?

All files "play" fine...they just dont play at full screen

    Thanks!

You could try change the Pixel AR: with Mpeg4 modifier. Try Pixel AR: Square Pixels or 16:19 and Display AR: 4:3 or 16:9.

If that wont help and your video is not 2:35:1(it should contain black borders) can you crop with Xmedia Recode(use the DVD Player preset and under Filters/Preview add the Crop filter) or use the old Handbrake 0.9.8 (https://www.videohelp.com/software/HandBrake/old-versions#download if you really need AVI Xvid/Divx). You will lose video quality....
