    this may be it but I don't know how to assemble it.

    Code:
     <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    -<manifest xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/f4m/1.0">
       <id>0_7adk451c</id>
       <mimeType>video/x-flv</mimeType>
       <streamType>recorded</streamType>
       <duration>1382</duration>
       <media height="0" width="0" bitrate="0" url="http://content.uplynk.com/ext/21885d134fa441488df8e1d7acee8c66/10019941.m3u8?exp=1457287165&ct=a&eid=10019941&oid=21885d134fa441488df8e1d7acee8c66&iph=8dc0d3f8030a322302d92c455ff9f910fc4f957505b34d7a5f9334a7e1fa912e&sig=1e8a03ceb4af83fa57a3d60c96a3e781413fccafeabcba2ad2f26c33bdd5476b"/>

    I used URL Snooper, searched for "f4m" entries and copy/pasted that into a custom browser I am working on. It produced that XML file.

    However, I am unable to decode it into a true video link. It may missing parts to it or is incomplete. I have not been able to get a video link from that XML dump. Sorry.
