How to Make a playable DVD

I have a some videos file and i want to play this file on my DVD player

I am from Nepal , so i have a old dvd player ....

is there easy and free way to burn a dvd {video file}

Some DVD players can play a limited set of files, but we don't know what your old DVD player is or what kind of files you have, so you would have to provide more information on that. (Use MediaInfo if you don't know your file's properties.)
