    When I am running DVD2SVCD I get an error: auth_call.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    I am running Win XP. Any ideas?

    What I would do is, 1st unistall DVD2SVCD, reinstall the latest version (1.0.8). use "endit all" to close all other applications that might be running and if after that I still have a problem then I would post the question here:

    Yeah, I got that crappy message in XP Pro, I just carried on anyway
    and it worked fine....lol
