Tiny video size, but long duration.

I was recording a camshow from Chaturbate, and for the first time ever, the file size came up really small, but it was recording for over an hour. 104 minutes, but the file is 31KB. I used RTMPDumpHelper and rtmpsuck. Using FFMPEG didn't work, just converted it to 22.5MB, the file itself can't be seeked, doesn't even play. The slider moves, showing it's playing, but the image is frozen.

How is that possible when it captured the stream as normal?

Well normally they're in appropriate sizes, except this particular one. The stream went offline for a second, maybe that had something to do with it, but it happened before and things turned out fine. VPN maybe? It recorded just fine previously.
