    I have VLC 2.2.2 Weatherwax and MPC-HC 1.7.10.101

    Everything is on default settings, but why mpc-hc has unnatural colors like this?

    Change the proc amp settings. Either the one in MPCHC (View -> Options -> Miscellaneous) or the graphics card's video proc amp, whichever is being used.
