Help with finding drivers for STB TV Capture PCI

I recently bought this card on ebay only to find out that there are no XP,2k drivers for it. Has anyone come in to this problem ,if so Is there a way around it?

Kwag, meant to earlier., thanks sooo much! worked like a charm, you don't know how many sites I've been to looking for drivers, looks like I should have come here first.
Thing is now, I get great Composite In captures, but can't get my TUner to work, in Virtual Dub under tuner settings it says locked--any advice./

I used the following drivers/programs for my STB PCI TV Card and they worked great in win2k. 3dfx bought stb back in the day, so they made some beta drivers that actually work well with my old STB PCITV card. Here are the links:
