Does anyone know if the information in the stream can be made into to a HLS Streaming link or is there not sufficient information in there?

BTW, this is what you get for http://www.cbs.com/carousels/videosBySection/237956/offset/0/limit/15/xs/0/ when you request it with an iOS user agent.

FYI, I know that both with I can use the link for the video directly to youtube-dl. But I really just want to know if this information could lead directly to the stream.

Any help appreciated, also please don't reply at all, if all you are going to say is something like "not possible" or "as far as I know you can't use just this" because that is what I am currently already assuming.
