    I have a mp4 video which does not support on my DVD player

    IS there any way to Change [mp4/AVC/h264] to AVI [libdivx] Codec

    without RE-encoding

    that support my DVD player

    No, if the MP4 contains H.264 video then your DVD player also needs to support H.264 decoding. Otherwise you need to re-encode it to XviD/Divx to be compatible.

    In addition, MP4 and AVI are not codecs, but containers. And AVI is a rather outdated container, it does not specifically support some features of modern video formats.

    If you don't want to recode your videos but play them on your TV set, you may need a more modern media player, like a "media harddisk" (e.g. WD-TV) or HDMI W-LAN stick (e.g. ChromeCast) with media server software on your PC.
