    Do you know what the Xbox One is? Does Xbox one can play Blu ray disc on a computer? Look here.

    There are domains out there that are probably much more resistant to complying with official pressure than is China. (Tongo ?) Sort of "anything goes" zones. But we have also seen that some ISPs have been willing to do selective blocking.
