Someone told me that they had imported an mp3 audio file and an image file into Express Animate (from NCH Software) and saved it as a wmv video file, which they then converted to an mp4 video file. He said I could do the same with Windows Movie Maker. So I imported some mp3 files into Windows Movie Maker, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do this, and no one I've spoken to seems to know. Any suggestions?

For Windows Live Movie Maker:
Add a still picture(Add photo and videos) and mp3 audio(Add music). Last Export.

Or are you using the older Windows Movie maker? -
Thanks very much for responding.
Yes, I know have to add a still picture, but I didn't even figure it out to the point where I would be adding one.
I'm using Windows Movie Maker 6.0.6002.18005.
I'll watch the tutorial a little later; I'm a bit busy at the moment. -
I don't think the old windows movie maker can export to mp4. You need to upgrade to windows live movie maker. Included in windows live essentials, http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/movie-maker#t1=overview
