is x264VFW capable of hardware encoding?
if yes how it have to be configured? thanks

Not to my knowledge, you would need to use a different H.264 codec for that. One with CUDA support.

There is a CLI version of x264 with partial hardware acceleration but it only increases encoding speed by a small amount (single digit percents). I've never heard of anyone adding that to the VFW version. Waste of time anyway.
