I have been using video download helper to record f4f files as of late. It does work but the file only plays for a few seconds then stops. I found by looking at the file specs that lets say the overall video file is listed at say 45 minutes when you look deeper the video is listed as only a few seconds but the audio portion is listed for the entire 45 minutes. What I have been doing is dropping the file into videotovideo converter and choosing direct stream copy and the outputted file plays in its entirety. The only drawback and it isn't noticeable when I play it on the Blu ray player is that the frame rate changes. Here are the original file's specs:

I should note I select the .mp4 container which I find it helpful with the Blu ray player. It seems the frame rate changes from constant to variable. Is there a better way to do this? The files play alright on the Blu ray player but I do have a curiousity about this. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance for any information you can give me on this issue.
