I recently converted an MP4 movie file to DVD using VSO ConvertXToDVD 6 and burned it to a DVD. Whenever I play the DVD disc, it has this crackling noise every few seconds. This doesn't happen when I play the DVD files on my PC. So I'm not exactly sure what's the issue that is causing this crackling noise problem. Is it the DVD discs? I've burned 4 of them and all produced the same crackling noises. Burned two of each on two different DVD burners. Or do I need to enable/disable certain audio options in the software? I just started using this software so I am not that familiar with it.

What is the audio codec in the dvds now? Check a converted dvd with mediainfo, open the first 1GB vob file in the video_ts folder.

If not ac3 then try choose it in convertxtodvd.
