    On my player I can only find YouTube , Flickr , InternetTV , Twitter and Facebook app.

    try updating the player to the latest firmware / software.
    is there a Samsung app on that player ??

    Apps for individual streaming services are not available in every country, although Netflix apparently is available almost everywhere. I suggest you contact Samsung via email about your problem.
