I wish to take alot of clips of cars racing and create one movie file i can burn to vcd. I also wish to add my own music over top of the clips. What is the best way to do this and what programs are neccessary. I do have some knowledge of burning vcd's and can succesfully make them from bin/cues and avi's. Please help!
