cant make "dehalo_alpha" filter work

i've putted masktools2 and RgTools into plugin folder and save the "Dehalo_alpha_MT2.avsi" text file into a plugin folder

when i try to run the script at msvpmod AvsPmod it says there is no function called "AvsPmod "Dehalo_alpha"
