  1. Situation...
Ripped the first of 2 dvds in a 2 part series a while back with DVDFab. It was the ONLY program that could actually read the main title.
I recently updated DVDFab and now it wont rip the second dvd. I found out its because it no longer decrypts..
OK> So my problem remains that NO program I try can read the main chapter on this thing.
Ive tried MakeMKV, DVD Decryptor, WinX, VidCoder, MediaCoder, DVD43, Wondershare, Handbrake, and probably a couple others Im forgetting.
They all read a different assortment of bonus chapters but none of them can find the main chapter. DVDFab (last year) was the only thing that could..
    HELP??

The first problem you have to solve when working with any commercially made DVD is to break encryption. Several of the programs you've mentioned have no decryption capability, or they are outdated in decryption. Get the trial for AnyDVD or DVDFab Passkey and rip the entire DVD to the hard drive before trying to extract the main movie.

The latest versions of DVDFab should also be working to remove encryption. http://www.dvdfab.cn/

The latest DVDFab decrypts DVD's and Blu Ray in my computer.

And you can try the older version of DVDFab 8 here: http://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB8&vid=avangate&aid=675

    Big mistake..
You want clutter free, use external backup storage, you paid for it keep it, for future unseen problems
What if you pc goes belly up and you have to reinstall everything on a new one
    It happens..
