    Rest in peace to Memorex. I am not a big fan of their media, but when I needed a disc and needed it fast, they were always there on the shelf at the store and got me through whatever I needed to get it through.

    Most people here will say no big deal,kinda like the big store nobody like that shut down.

    True, but then where will Walmart and the other stores who carry Memorex products start sourcing their media from?

    No one here here buys from walmart so it's a non issue buying dvd/blu ray/cd.

    I own 1 of their Type I audio cassettes from around 1983 and it's 1 too many. Dirty things they are... shedding oxide with each use. Eurgh!

    Now TDK, Maxell and Sony audio cassettes - superb!
