I tried all kind of FF and chrome extensions, HTTP Watch, Replay media catcher, streamtransport, getflv, IDM, etc etc - For the first time, I'm completly stumped. Nothing picks it up

As long as you tried Replay Media Catcher, the Only Fool Proof way is Replay VIDEO Capture: ( I stopped early just to test)

Screen cap is an option but I have lots of these vids.

How did you pull up this info? which tool did you use?

That information is from MediaInfo from the file after capture. The problem with most of the capture software is that the video is coming down the line as pieces that must be put together by your player or browser and not many can do that.
