Handbrake launch error

I have a g60vx had windows 7 worked fine, upgraded to windows 8.1 still worked like a month ago. recently tried to compress some clips and an error would pop up:

I've tried installing different version, night builds and deleting the folders in appdata but there werent any in the folder anyways.
idk what to do and my hdd is pretty new, like 4 months and it was bought new so i dont have bad blocks.

Crashes directly you start it? Or when you start convert/compress?

You could also try VidCoder and see if it works. It's based on Handbrake and is also very easy to use.
