Well my DVD player doesn't read CDR's and I've recently gotten into capturing my favorite shows on VCD. Playing them on my PC is ok, but you can't get the same effect as playing them on TV. Where should I look (preferably online) for a good quality stand alone VCD player?

Circuit City has a 3 disc Apex changer (AD-5131) for $99.99 on sale this week. I bought it and it's been perfect for SVCDs and DVDs. Check out the "DVD Players" list on this site for reviews.

Thanks, but I was hoping to avoid buying a new DVD player. I was hoping instead to find a stand alone VCD player
