When you right-click on a DivX AVi in windows and look at the Data Rate for Video on the Summary tab of the Properties screen, how do you translate the value given (197kpbs) to the CBR setting in TMPGEnc? Same question for audio, how does the Bit Rate for audio in that properties screen (181kbps) correspond to a setting in TMPGEnc?
