    Using XMedia Recode can you rotate and flip any video.



    Software:
    XMedia Recode (FREE!!!)



    Guide:
    Open your file.
    Under Format choose for example Profile: Custom, Format: MP4 . (You could also make avi, mkv, mov, etc)

    Under the Audio tab choose Mode:Copy

    Under the Filters/preview tab click Add filter and choose Rotate.
    Select the Rotate Filter, enable it and choose rotation degree.

    Last Click Add to Queue and Encode!
    Check the Destination folder for your new video file.
    Done!

    Flip video(horizontally or vertically):
    You can also Flip your video, under Filters/Preview add the Flip image filter.

    Other tips:
    Under the Video tab can you adjust the quality.
    Under Bitrate try increase to it 2000-10000. Or change to Rate control mode: Constant Quantizer and try a value between 10-20(lower value=higher quality).

    Nice tutorial..
    If you had done a left rotate aka -90 or 270
    You would not need flip
    Yes flip is handy
    But better one operation instead of two or three
