My DVD player just came in today and I typed in the codes to make it region-free. Everything seemed to work great until my tray wouldn't open. I tried unplugging it, plugging it back in, and pressing eject: didn't work. I tried holding the power button on the remote paired with each button on the player: didn't work. The display says open, then close, then load, then goes back to open and stays there. I'm at a loss for what to do now. Any suggestions?

according to the user manual of the samsung e360 :
There is a procedure on page 13 to revert to factory settings. Remove any disc and press the play pause button on the box for more than 5 seconds. I do not know how safe it is to do that though. So use at your own risks or wait for someone else to chime in.Last edited by ackboo; 6th Jan 2016 at 16:08.
