Sony Vegas: Track Motion windows doesnt show up, spawns outside of monitor

Something is making the gods align so I don't finish this project but it will not give up. Anyway, right when I was about to finish, the track motion decides to stop showing up. I see it spawning outside of the monitor near the windows status bar down there, but I can't click on it because it's outside, it's really annoying. I tried with default layout, even changing resolution, but the window doesn't appear. Please help.

Ok, I just figured a way to do this... I had to enable "hide the task bar" in windows options and it was lying under there, then I moved it back.

Assuming you are using Win7:

Click the icon in the taskbar to ensure that the program has focus. Then hold down the Windows key and press the right-arrow a few times. That should move the window across your screens and eventually bring it back onto the screen that is still active.

Right click on the TaskBar. Select Cascade Windows.
