    What does mediainfo say?

So the LG tv has recorded the video? Then it might use some special headers/encryption to stop sharing of the video.

edit: The mkv file doesn't work in any players, mkvtoolnix, video repair tools here.

  3. thx for answer. im new to this, so i didnt know about mediainfo.

the file was not recorded with the LG tv. the file was make for the lg tv.

the uploader said: "If you use LG 4K TV please download all files and make a new folder name "03.Apink_NoNoNo" and put all files in 03.Apink_NoNoNo folder and create a new folder again make name "LG_UHD" and put 03.Apink_NoNoNo folder to LG_UHD folder before you will put them in USB you must put folder LG_UHD in USB too because TV can't read it without LG_UHD folder"

so, i just wanted to know if itīs possible somehow to watch on other device, except the LG 4k tv.

It's hevc video muxed with divxmkvmux so I tried the divx player. It says the video content is not registered to play it. So it's some kind of protection.

  6. From my information :
    that's right,protection,and that "not naive"
    4K HDCP encryption (protection) :

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-bandwidth_Digital_Content_Protection

There is no software to "removed" HDCP encryption 4K (HDCP 2.2 content-protected) etc. - forget about it...
Hardware exists that circumvents 4k protection - quote :
"The device, which is sold under the brand "HD Fury",can be used by pirates to copy 4K video from the platform for streaming
as well as another 2.2 HDCP protected content"
But,this company has recently respondent by Warner Bros and Intel :

    https://torrentfreak.com/warner-bros-and-intel-sue-4k-content-protection-ripper-160104/

In one word, with 4K HDCP encryption (protection) no fooling,greeting...
