Then use MKVToolnixGUI to replace the existing subtitles with the exported and use the new file in Vidcoder

  5. thanks videobruger, it did not work but it gave me some idea, I extract the mkv to 3 files, video audio subtitle, combine the video and audio to a mkv file then use total converter to convert the mkv + the subtitle to a mp4. The vicodet did not recognise the vodsub.

  6. Just that now the subtitle is not clear as it's origine, it has some kind of transparency around the letter and it's hard to read. When I do export to the vobsub file what option antialiasing means? Thanks?

  7. MKVToMP4 can put the audio and video into the MP4 container (if the video is already h264) without reencoding and degrading the quality. I don't know why you want to reencode the whole thing.

The only problem is that MP4 doesn't support VobSubs (IDX/SUB) so you'd have to convert them to SSA or ASS to be able to embed your subtitles.

Just a .mkv container, works like a charm

  9. the problem is that the subtitle is vietnamese so when i converted the VobSubs (IDX/SUB) to SSA or ASS, there were many problem of spelling mistake. That's why i need to conserve the VobSubs file.

Yeah, but wasn't it you that made the spelling mistakes when you did the OCR? If worse comes to worst you can always edit them manually.

You might try RipBot for reencoding and for 'burning' the subs into the video. It can create MP4 video with burned in subs. It says it accepts both SUB and SUP, so I think you're okay.
