    I have a .mp4 file h264 codec

    H264 codec doesn't support on my Device

    I there any way to Change H264 to MPEG4 Video

    h264 is mpeg4 video. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MPEG-4

    But maybe you want divx/xvid mpeg4 part2 video? Then must you reconvert with for example Xmedia Recode(use the dvd player profile for example, or change to xvid video or mpeg-4 under the video tab).

    And this mp4 doesn't work on your device? (AVC=H264=mpeg4 part 10)

    This should really play on any device made in the last 10 years, perhaps it's your player, which os is your device using? If it's android, get vlc.
