I've seen people suggesting mp4box or similar tools,
but I couldn't find the exact command.

OK, no problem and sorry about that. I thought that signature with link is allowed (saw it with some other users). You may have noticed that in other post I have been pasting a link with our company URL and that I have censored it. I will be glad to follow your rules.
This thread is a little old, but if anyone else needs this, there is now a program that can do this very easy. It's called InviDownloader (google it) - it first downloads the .m4s files, all you need is one link, and you point how many are the files, it downloads them, and then you merge them into a mkv or mp4. I used .mkv - oddly, the sound didn't want to play in PotPlayer (it did in VLC) and video search was a little slow. Then I ran the file through MKVToolnix, and the new file was perfectly OK!
