TsMuxerGui problem on video playback

Hello i have a problem with tsmuxer when converting either mkv files to ts or m2ts files to ts.
Well my problem is that when i playback my video from mkv with DTS sound the video and sound our not sync well and they get more and more out of sync with time until the video crash.
But when i convert the mkv to ts the dts plays fine but there is a problem with the video.Every few frames you can notice a small frame lag its like every last frame of 1 sec time the video lags for a very few time you can notice it very hard but its annoying i tried every settings or almost and still the lag is there.
Any solution?????please.

Sounds like a bad conversion to mkv,post a medianfo of the original video before muxing.

BTW just now i render so different stuff with varius option but with no sound and the lag was missing but if i put DTS the lag shows but i have a thought now cause i have one mkv movie with dts sound 1080p and plays fine but other movies dont lay the sound mkv with dts lags and finally crash adn if i convert it to ts i have the small lag but on mkv file as i said plays fine with the dts sound and i dont know why.
All the files i playback them from my external to my tv and then with a cable to yamaha amp and tehn to home cinema speakers
