    Hello gents and ladies,

    Came across this PDF
    ( http://www.lne.fr/publications/guides-documents-techniques/syylex-glass-dvd-accelerate...ing-report.pdf )
    and was surprised to discover 2 things:
    first that mdisc is not so great and
    second,data tresor disc is an alternative to it (and apparently also made by the same company ( http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/media/3366-millenniatas-disc-cranberry.html#post17124)

    My question is : is my drive (LG GH22LP20) compatible with the datatresor dvd?

    You'll need to find that out from LG.

    What I can say offhand is this: only LG drives supports MDISC, as far as I know.

    I have a drive, which is how I can test MDISC, but it's not an online system. I always forget to check it when I'm there.
