Extracting Streaming Links

I know this question has been asked already multiple times in this forum. But as I looked through the topics, I couldn't find a single guide but just problem-solving of those topics (someone posted a link and the other person found the wsx or rtmp link). I was looking for a guide, a complete guide as to how I could find a streaming link for a live tv.

By my knowledge, I think "oXVXJ6z2ubxW+bJe3O4afUg+5aNjAL1l41oXzw==" is what I copy. But then there's this link on the bottom:

I am trying to put this into an IPTV box that I have and considering that their live stream is legal (provided by the channel) I wanted to add it into the box so that I can watch it from my TV. I wanted a clear understanding on how to do this so that I can copy the steps for other channels that this website and other websites that I know have that have flv/flash streams.

or you can do this

use firefox addon
Adblock Plus

start the stream
start Adblock Plus
click
open blockable items
look top right where it says ABP
in red


type index in the search box

pick the one with the highest number

which is 736
