Video converter Ultimate does not find Language Versions

I use the Video Converter Ultimate to convert my DVD Collection to Mp4 and store in my private NAS. In most cases it works as desired. But in case of some DVDs the tool does not find language version aside from english. In case of my Ben Hur DVD it works fine with diskside A, means finds all the language versions (I prefer german). On side B it ony finds english, though there is a german version on the disk, as I can prove with my BluRay Player. This is also true for the DVD Titanic (1953). I surely can understand the english version, but prefer the german version, because in the german version professional speakers are used, who speak much more clearly than the original speakers normally do. I use the latest version, 8.5.5 I think

Is there a fix for this problem or eventually a work around?

Video COnverter Ultimate? Never heard of it.

We ONLY use VidCoder here. And rips with AnyDVD or DVDfab Passkey.

I use the Wondershare Videoconverter Ultimate Version 8.5.5. I address this forum, because Google gave me the advice to do so.
