tsMuxeR 2.6.16 to merge MTS files: crash with unknown -4

Hi all,

I'm trying to convert a year of Sony camera 1080p50 MTS files from my NAS to 1 file to watch on the TV (incl. PSG subtitle). I'd thought I use a 2 step process. First merge the approx 200 files that belong to this year* to 1 file using tsMuxeR. Then use Handbrake to convert the single file.

However, when I try to mux the 200 files, tsMuxeR exits with unknown error -4 when I push 'start muxing'. See attachments. I've checked the obvious, like disk space on D (its a USB 2Tb NTFS disk).

Does anyone have a idea?
