I need help with a video that I am making for YouTube. The video needs to be resized and have the resolution fixed. I am paying for someone to help me with this. I need this ASAP. Please help me.

If you're paying for someone to help me with this, then wouldn't that be part of his job? Why are you here asking for help? And what's wrong with the picture? That it has the black bars? So, take the video and resize without adding black bars.

How do I resize it to the right resolution? I am not looking to spam anyone or anything just need help with this video.

The guy you're already paying should be able to do that for you as it's kind of basic stuff. Either that or you're wasting your money. If this is a hi-def video then you want either 1280x720 (720p) or 1920x1080 (1080p) for YouTube. Whatever program that's being used to edit the video should be able to resize it for you.
There are probably 100 (1000?) people here that can do it. Where's the video?
