MPC-HC Picture stopped expanding when resizing window larger

I can't figure out what setting I screwed up and hope for guidance.

I could always open any video file, then resize the window larger and smaller, and the video would expand or shrink appropriately. Now, it just expands to a fairly small size and a very large black framing space just grows around it.

What's the setting I accidentally clicked?

Found it. Accidentally.

View menu, Video Frame, then check: Touch Window from Inside.

I don't know what the heck that means, but it's what brought the proportional expansion and contraction back in play.
