Hard to find subtitles - Home Improvement TV Series (1991)

Does anybody know where can I find subtitles for Home Improvement TV Series (1991)??? I'm looking specifically the ones for Season 1, Episodes 13 to last.

I've tried (no luck):

If you bought the season one disc there should be subtitles,if not you are out of luck.

or check if you can get on tv and captured with subs its only way if you are in usa.

Unfortunatetly, I live in Venezuela, a place like Cuba, where there is not possible to buy or easily find original TV Series discs.

Maybe if somebody has bought one could share subs here.

It was one thing for me to watch it as a child when there were few things on TV, and the internet was text based. Wanting to watch the full first season 25 years later is another thing.
