    i have just upgraded to windows 10 and svcd2dvd as stopped working wot do i need to do

    windows 10 only allows what it wants to run. it's designed that way. svcd2dvd hasn't been updated in 7 years and isn't likely to be ever again. use a different os if you need it to work.

    Windows 10 works remarkable well on newer hardware. The File History feature alone is worth the upgrade, imo.

    I would definitely try compatibility mode on older apps. Another option might be to run VirtualPC and create a vm with XP or Vista.
