Recently I known about Elecard Player (http://www.elecard.com) after install this player on computer under Windows Me I can convert VOB in TMPGEnc files in one stage (Windows see MPEG-2 encoder supplied with player). Only one stage. I use TMGEnc 2.53 plus with VFAPI with external sound converter SCMPX.EXE.
