Hi all,
Can someone on here build me a powerful video editing PC. Budget no more then 800 pounds MAX. I want something that will easily be able to handle Adobe Premiere Pro CC and rendering and mostly HD stuff.
Regards

You would likely get a lot more responses if you were to ask our members to give you suggestions and a parts list for a
computer to do what you want at your price point.
Then it should be easy to find some one to assemble it. Offers for sale of items or paid requests are not welcome here.

OOOOps i think i need to rephrase my title as i am not actually looking for someone to build my PC in the physical sense but actually was meaning to say what you said. I am looking for a experienced member to draw me up a parts list of ie. Processor, motherboard, graphics card, RAM etc so that i can purchse the parts. I have a friend that can help me build it for me. Apologies if it came across wrong. Not my intention.

Yes, and if you look around, there are similar questions.
The more information you give about what you want, the easier it would be to 'spec' your computer. -
Check out videoguys.com diy systems. They test the configurations and give recommendations at a number of price points.
