    Trying to author a DVD out of an mpg file. Goes through most of the process, then I get the error shown in the image here. Anyone else run into this before or know a way around it? Thanks.

    Does dvdstyler reconvert/transcode your mpg? Check the log.

    Does it work with other source files?

    What is the video details of your mpg file? Video, audio codecs, resolution, frame rate, etc. Check with mediainfo.

    Maybe this is the reason (though I have a hard time reproducing it):

    A workaround is to have DVDStyler re-encode the video (though not ideal)

    I believe it is transcoding my video. Here's the log and mediainfo attached if you guys can gain anymore insight from this info. Thanks.

    Maybe the bug comes from PAL to NTSC conversion ?

    Try to stay in PAL and reauthor the DVD

    Well that was actually the whole thing... My DVD player doesn't play PAL - so I want to convert it along with authoring a new DVD.
