    Hello,

    I'm seeking for the best converter Video low voice to MP3 higher. Not FormatFactory please.

    Do you just want to increase the volume? If so, open the MP3 with MP3DirectCut and use the Edit/Normalise menu. It'll scan the file and tell you how much you can increase the volume so the peaks will be at maximum level. You can adjust the volume and save it as a new MP3 without re-encoding.

    If the MP3 is in a video container (AVI, MKV etc), you'll have to extract it first, the remux it after adjusting the volume. It's a bit hard to give instructions without knowing more details.
