  1. I've cleaned the virus using a few programs so I should be clean. But my edge isn't opening, I'm not able to reinstall via powershell as seen in this link as it says access is denied

Also, I can't click the search windows bar on the bottom thats in W10.

I think the virus disabled some services but I'm not sure which.

  2. If you think some services were disabled then have you looked at them to see which one(s) were affected? But you may still have remnants of the virus remaining.

  3. I've ran 3 programs so I should be good. Not sure which services it affected.

If you have another browser installed on that machine, you could try to download Edge from MS and re-install: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48126

Perhaps a clean install of Win10 would be best.If you can download Win10 on a known clean machine, then burn the installation disc. With a clean install,Win10 will create a copy of your old files and they can be found in "windows old"file in the new installation, allowing you to extract those files you wish to keep, bearing in mind any or all could be infected. This is probably the safest route after an unknow infection.

How is it not? Do you think cleaning all the viruses will re-enable the services again? I don't think so.
