Is there software available that will let me inspect and modify the flags within an h264 video track? (Things like colorspace etc.) Ideally without having to re-encode any frame. If so, can you point me to it?
Essentially I have a video file which I believe has it's colour range flag set incorrectly (limited when it should be full or vice versa), and I was wondering if it's possible to change this without re-encoding the file itself (remuxing it is fine however).
