Hi Guys,
I would like to capture (via ADVC-300) my old VHS tapes and run some restoration filters (Avisynth).
I will want to use Adobe Premiere CC. What would be a good specification PC for the above work. This is purely for my own personal use.
Any help of specs will be appreciated. Not looking to spend huge money.
Regards

There is one thing to mention. Built-in Firewire ports aren't available anymore on new desktop motherboards. You will need to install an add-on card for Firewre to use your ADVC-300. Chipsets from Texas Instruments (TI) are preferred.
