    i want to convert HD video to 3gp for small mobile phones

    Which Video converter Convert the video to 3gp
    and which codec give better picture quality in 3gp format

    Also Remove Black Bars and Fit my video to Size

    AVC/h264. Best of only 2 codecs that may be used in 3gp (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3GP_and_3G2).

    Fitting to size requires knowledge of what the clip size is starting out as and what the dimensions are of your target phone...

    There are many apps that can do this.

    Many tools based on ffmpeg can create AVC video inside a 3GPP container. Search the software archive of the VideoHelp website (which this forum belongs to). I believe that Hybrid (by Selur) may be one possible tool.

    To create files playable by tablets or smartphones, please read the manual first which AVC Profile@Level which device can decode. Older generations may only understand Baseline Profile, which doesn't compress very efficiently.

    Once upon time, in past history, when I did this sort of thing
    I used Super, I'm sure there are other programs that will do it
    When I used it, it did not contain adware and other crap during the install
    I still have one or two of the old versions, handy for the weird odd job
    Be care ful installing the new version, so you avoid the adware add ons
