Anyone ever converted a video stream that has some interlaced components in it with BDRebuilder??
I am attaching the media information...not sure if there are any hidden settings that should be used. I've only used progressive before.
Cheers

By default, BD Rebuilder keeps progressive video as progressive and interlaced video as interlaced. As long as you don't change any default settings, the encoded video will be the same as source video type even if it's a mixed disc.
However, there are hidden settings to deinterlace interlaced video and IVTC film content. The video will then be encoded as progressive. -
oh...ok...great!! thanks for the info!

Never used BDRebuilder; just a few theoretical remarks:
If you have a video source with "hybrid content" (some progressive scenes, some interlaced scenes), you would best encode the whole video as interlaced and trust in MBAFF making the right choice per scene and slice.
If you have FullHD resolution (1080 lines), Blu-ray compatibility would require interlaced encoding regardless of the content. If you are sure that the content is in fact progressive, x264 offers "fake interlacing" (the video stream will be flagged as "interlaced - MBAFF" to satisfy the Blu-ray specs, but the MBAFF choice will certainly prefer progressive slices).
