    I've try to browse the forum to search about this question :"How can I insert chapter on a VCD movie"?

    All answer i've got here is to use VideoPak4, but I hope that kind of software (that can set chapter into a vcd) can be downloader freeware!

    So, I have my MPG file, and ready to burn into a VCD. What program (freeware and stable program too) I can download and where?

    You can use:

    1. VideoPack4 (commercial)
    2. GNU VCDImager (open source freeware)
    3. VCD Toolkit 2.0 (probably free)

    I saw the link for a tutorial for making chapters w/VideoPack4...but does anyone know of another tutorial? I'd just like to compare the methods.
